matthewI matriculated at Alexander Road High School in 1999 and felt the call of God on my life. I went straight to Bible College and have been involved in youth and children’s ministry since.

Our goal is to reach out to the young generation by bringing the Gospel to them and by also being role models in a time when fatherlessness is rife in our city’s homes.

I have established schools ministries in 14 Primary schools between 2004 & 2009 and I am currently involved in 10 High Schools on a weekly basis to students of all races and areas across the Bay weekly.

We have specifically set out a goal to win 2014 souls in 2014 and have so far seen 1780 souls come to Christ at the end of April.

Our 3 youth meetings in Bethelsdorp, Central and at the main church on the William Moffat Expressway see 250 young people praising and enjoying God’s Presence every Friday night.

Our youth ministry is called Solid Rock Youth. We have regular visits to hospitals, helping and praying for the sick. Every Youth Day, we do clean up walks along Cape Rd, scraping off Abortion stickers and ministering the gospel. We are often called to schools to minister to youth who are struggling with drugs and alcohol abuse. It is amazing to see Gods Grace and His Goodness on these young people’s lives. We also believe that we are a Gateway church and city called to send leaders across PE, South Africa and the World to share what Jesus has already done for us all.

Our young people are full of gifts, talents, dreams and leadership that could change this world upside down. It is my dream to see their dreams and leadership used and grown into world changers. They have a story to tell and I want to help them write it.
